The Training Week
Seven days built around the water. Five diving days at the Lighthouse, two dry days for breathing, equalisation and theory, and a place to stay at The Gate Hotel. This is how divers make a real jump in a single week.
Why a week works
Consistency is the thing.
One or two sessions rarely move the needle. A week does. Diving day after day, in warm and forgiving water, your body adapts, your equalisation settles, and relaxation stops being something you think about.
You sleep at The Gate Hotel, head out to the Lighthouse, and dive with a coach who sees you every day and knows exactly where you are. Two dry days keep you fresh and sharpen the skills that depth alone won't teach.
The Blue Hole (about 20 minutes by car) isn't part of the standard week, but you can add a day there at the regular rate, plus its $20 site entrance fee, if you'd like to dive it.
Seven days, five in the water.
Here is how a typical week runs. We shape the exact days around you, and a custom week is easy to arrange.
Ease in. Warm-up dives, a look at your technique, and a plan for the week.
Breathing, equalisation and stretching on land. The work that makes the water easier.
Depth and form. Free-fall, relaxation, and steady progression.
Consolidate. Longer sessions, more time at your working depth.
Theory, review and recovery. Reset before the final push.
Personal bests. This is usually the day it clicks.
Bring it together. A calm, confident close to the week.
Six nights of accommodation are included with the dorm and own-room options. The exact order of wet and dry days flexes with conditions and how your week is going.

All prices per person. Duo pricing is for two people booking together.

Equipment isn't included in the week, unlike our courses. A full set rents for €20 a day, so €100 for the five diving days.
